Hide retired Strava bikes

Bikes marked as “retired” in Strava are still being displayed in Geer. Since retired bikes are no longer in active use, they should not appear in the bike selection or component tracking views within the app. That would improve clarity and usability by reducing clutter and focusing only on currently active bikes.
